We can calculate its sides by a theorem
Pythagoras’ Theorem is its name
Easy and handy for everyone

3,4,5 is the first one
6,8,10 is its siblings
5,12,13 is the second
Remember the third

Don’t forget the fourth
Its 8,15,17
The last but not least
Is 9,40,41

From the 5 theorems they will spread
To smaller numbers or to the bigger ones
Only use their multiples to calculate
Please remember everyone!

TONGUE-TWISTER

if a woodchuck could and would chuck wood?

FAREWELL MY LADY

KUALA KUBU BHARU –Tuesday, 23rd February, a special function was organized by the teachers and staff of Sekolah Menengah Ampang Pecah (SMKAP). The special function was held to mark the end of the teaching career of our beloved principal, Pn Hjh Hamidah Bt Saman.
Upon the arrival of guests and distinguished  guests, prayers was recited by Ustaz Mohd Hurairoh B Supardan. Immediately after that, the head student of SMKAP, Nur Syahmin Alia Bt Masri gave a solemn speech. It was then followed by a farewell speech from Tn. Hj. Mohd Mohtar, the Senior Assistant for Academic.
Then amidst loud applause the principal whom everyone celebrated, gave her long-meaningful speech. Later,  Encik Mohd  Nor bin Abas, gave his speech. As the chairman of Parent-Teacher Association, he thanked the principal for her hardwork and support in making the school successful and reknown as it is today.
After all the speeches, the monitor from every class was called forward to present their gifts to the principal. The presents were  bought using the class money. Later, the principal, the guests and all the teachers were ushered to have some refreshments in the specially decorated hall. The students had their meal at the canteen.
At  11 o’clock the bell rang and all the students gathered under the canopies. The principal and the teachers then sat on the raised platform. The dancers under the guidance of Encik Mustafa Kamal then performed their 1 Malaysia Dance and  1 Suara Dance.  Another performance was presented by the Red Crescent Society, it was a pantomime on the human law.
The celebration came to an end at 1 o’clock. Before that a photography session with the principal was held. Later all the students lined up on both side of the road. The principal then was driven out of the school compound. As the car moved, the students waved goodbye to her.
